After visiting the Candiani denim company, I developed a series of dyeing, embroidery and three-dimensional works on some different fabric samples kindly supplied by the company. Inspired by the ancient Oriental dyeing techniques, such as batik and shibori, I've created patterns on fabrics thanks to natural dyes such as indigo, blueberries, beets, cocoa, coffee and tea. After, instead,  thank to pigments and hardening paints for the fabrics I made three-dimensional designs whose shape persists in time.
